The cooperative climbing sensation PEAK has achieved remarkable sales of 2 million copies in just 9 days, causing developers to reconsider their update strategy. In a June 25 Steam blog post, development team Landcrab (a collaboration between Aggro Crab and Landfall) revealed plans to expand the game with new content.

Originally, the developers indicated in their FAQ that no expansions were planned as both studios had other projects underway. However, the overwhelming reception has led them to explore potential updates as appreciation for their supportive community.

While the scope of future content remains undetermined, Landcrab confirmed upcoming localization support and acknowledged community suggestions. "We're evaluating everything from quality-of-life improvements to new features and humorous additions we initially envisioned," stated Landcrab.

Additionally, the team announced plans for official merchandise: "The incredible community response has inspired us to develop some exciting products - more details coming soon!"
