Elden Ring Nightreign изменит культовую внутриигровую функцию

В Elden Ring: Nightreign будет отсутствовать внутриигровая функция обмена сообщениями, ранее существовавшая в играх FromSoftware. Директор проекта Джунья Ишизаки объяснил это решение в недавнем интервью, сославшись на то, что примерно сорок минут игровых сессий слишком коротки для того, чтобы игроки могли эффективно использовать систему обмена сообщениями. Он заявил: «Поскольку сеансы длятся примерно сорок минут, не хватает времени, чтобы отправлять свои сообщения или читать сообщения других людей, поэтому мы отключили функцию обмена сообщениями».

Этот выбор примечателен, учитывая историю FromSoftware по включению взаимодействия с игроком на основе сообщений в качестве ключевого элемента, улучшающего игровой процесс. Однако команда разработчиков сочла эту функцию неподходящей для Nightreign.
