Gravity Co. has just released their newest Android game, Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse, a thrilling deckbuilding roguelike RPG. The game's premise is as wild as it gets: you play as an explorer emerging from a bunker 500 years after a devastating war that nearly wiped out humanity.

The World Has Completely Changed… in the Game

Your mission is to pull civilization back from the brink of oblivion. As one of the chosen explorers from the bunker, you step into the chaotic new world of Eustea, which is divided into over 100 distinct zones, each with its own unique stories and intriguing historical quirks.

In this post-apocalyptic world, humans have managed to survive in scattered pockets across the continent, but the structure of civilization has drastically changed. Some factions are aggressively trying to seize control, while others are simply struggling to survive day by day.

Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse Is a Text-Based RPG with Roguelike Deckbuilding

In Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse, every decision you make carries weight. At various crossroads, you'll decide whether to engage in combat, negotiate, or retreat, with each choice leading to unique outcomes. This branching narrative ensures that your gameplay experience will be distinct from others.

The game offers multiple endings, ranging from saving a community, eradicating one, to meeting an unremarkable end. The butterfly effect is pronounced here, where even minor choices can lead to significant consequences.

Combat in the game is based on a deckbuilding system, where you can craft your deck from over 300 cards, 200 skills, and a variety of equipment. You can choose to play as a modern soldier equipped with contemporary weapons or as a medieval knight.

As you explore, you'll document your findings in a pictorial log, including encounters with strange creatures, ancient artifacts, and oddly preserved books. Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse is now available on Android and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store for $6.99.
