The Roland-Garros eSeries by Renault has unveiled its eight finalists, marking another thrilling chapter in one of the world's premier eSports tournaments. Over 515,000 players from 221 countries engaged in a staggering 9.5 million Tennis Clash matches, all vying for a spot in the Final Stage. The competition has been fierce, and now, the stage is set for an unforgettable event.

Reigning champion Alessandro Bianco, alongside the victor of the first Open Qualifier, Hizir Balkanci, will be joined by formidable competitors Anyndia Lestari, Omer Feder, Adjua Thembisa Boucher, Eugen Mosdir, Bartu Yildirim, and Samuel Sanin Ortiz. They are all set to clash on May 24th at the Roland-Garros Tenniseum.

This year's tournament format is set to be more electrifying than ever. The eight finalists will be divided into two teams, each led by a tennis legend. Gilles Simon, former ATP world Number 6 and a finalist from last year, will captain one team, while former Wimbledon Champion Marion Bartoli will lead the other.

The teams will engage in a series of intense matches, with the victors advancing to the Winner Bracket. But the excitement doesn't end there; eliminated players will have a second chance in the Loser Bracket, where teams disband, and it becomes every player for themselves, fighting to be crowned the Roland-Garros eSeries champion.

Adding to the event's allure, Samuel Etienne, a celebrated French personality and Twitch streamer with over 1 million followers, will host the tournament. He will be joined by esports expert Quento and former Tennis Clash number 1, Benny, known as GP365. The tournament will immerse viewers in the Roland-Garros experience, featuring a replica of the iconic Philippe-Chatrier court and custom outfits. Esteemed French umpire Aurélie Tourte will officiate the matches, promising a series of thrilling encounters.

250 spectators will have the privilege of attending the event live in the auditorium. Additionally, the tournament will be broadcast on Samuel Etienne’s Twitch channel and the Roland-Garros YouTube channel, starting at 4pm CEST. Viewers can look forward to watching every match, enjoying interactive segments, and engaging with special guests who will share their passion and insights into the worlds of tennis and eTennis.
