We Reviewed Both AMD Graphics Cards

Our review of the AMD Radeon RX 9070 gave it a solid 8/10. Priced similarly to the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070, the RX 9070 outperforms it in most games we tested and boasts a higher VRAM capacity of 16GB compared to the RTX 5070's 12GB, suggesting better future-proofing. Power consumption is on par with the RTX 5070.

It delivers superb 1440p performance, often reaching high refresh rates without frame generation, and includes an AI upscaler for enhanced image quality. The only drawback is its close performance to the Radeon RX 9070 XT."

The AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT earned a perfect 10/10 from us. Despite being $150 cheaper than the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, it surpasses it in several games, with some benchmarks showing a significant lead. Like the RX 9070, it also features 16GB of VRAM. However, it does consume more power and runs hotter than the RTX 5070 Ti.
