As noted earlier, Tough Man offers straightforward and idle gameplay. At the start of the game, simply touch and hold the screen. Release your finger when the clock hand points to the green or purple areas. If the needle lands in the purple zone, your character receives a massive boost in strength and lifting power, accelerating progress. Follow the character's training routine and avoid stopping at the red zone, which indicates poor health or insufficient strength. Although the purple zone is relatively small, about 5% of the total, aligning your force correctly can significantly enhance your character's abilities, providing 3 to 5 times the normal experience.
