Please note, the app includes just one sample song. To enjoy a full range of music, you'll need to manually add your music data to the device's storage or SD card. Without the appropriate score data, gameplay will not be possible.

Due to enhanced security measures in Android, upgrading from Taiko Daijiro 2 means you can no longer access the default TJA folder directly under the root folder. This change has led to the evolution of the app into a standalone version.

We regret that due to the vast variety of Android devices, we cannot test on all models. As such, we are unable to support devices that fail to start the application. To ensure smooth operation, please use a task killer to delete background tasks before launching the app.

■How to Insert Songs

To add songs, place your music files (tja) in the following directory:

/Android/data/com.daijiro.taiko3/files/TJA

(Note: Due to security enhancements, TJA files used in Taiko-san Daijiro 2 are no longer accessible from regular apps.)

If you're transitioning from Taiko-san Daijiro 2, utilize a file management application to copy or move your score files. For songs downloaded from the internet, save the zip file directly into the "Taiko-san Daijiro 3" folder.

Without a genre.ini file in your genre folder, songs will default to the "Uncategorized" genre.

■How to Insert the Skin

The app supports skins from "Taiko-san Jiro 2", although some skins may not be implemented yet. Skins from the original "Taiko-san Jiro" and "Taiko-sanjiro 2" are not compatible. Be aware that certain models and skins might slow down the app's performance.
