"Where Is My Bus?" is the official app of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's General Directorate of IETT Operations. This app allows you to effortlessly explore bus routes across Istanbul, check their schedules, and discover which lines service specific stops.

With the app, you can view nearby stops, Istanbulkart refill locations, and İspark parking spots in both list and map formats.

Utilize public transportation in Istanbul to reach your destination through numerous route options. To explore these alternatives, just enter your starting point and destination into the "How To Go" menu, along with your preferred travel date and time. Plan your journey based on your departure or arrival time. "Where Is My Bus?" offers various route options tailored to your preferences—whether you're aiming for the quickest route or one with the least amount of walking. Choose your preferred route and delve into its details, or follow it on the map.

Discover your nearest stop

Use the "Stops Near Me" feature to list stops closest to your current location, sorted by distance. Tap on a stop to access its detailed page, where you can see which lines pass through it and when the next bus will arrive. Switch to map view to see stop locations and get directions.

Find other useful transport points near you

Locate the nearest Istanbulkart refill points or İspark parking spots from your current location with "Where Is My Bus?". Access these options from the side menu, where you can view distances, parking capacities, and types of parking facilities. Explore these locations on the map and get directions to your chosen point.

Get Line and Route information

Search for bus lines by name to view their main and express routes. From the line detail page, select a route to see its stops. Track real-time bus locations, easily identifying buses on express routes thanks to special coloring. View all routes on the map by toggling to map view and using the filter icon to select the routes you wish to see.

Plan your journey by reviewing the departure times

Access the "Timetables" page either from the homepage or the line detail page. The timetable information pertains to the main route, with express routes indicated separately by their unique colors. Check the "Route Information" section to understand which color corresponds to which express route.

Be aware of announcements

Enter the detail page of any line or stop to receive instant updates by clicking on the "Announcements" icon if there are any relevant announcements. You can also review past announcements about lines, stops, departure times, and route changes from the "Announcements" page in the side menu.
