Tower of God: New World introduces two major new characters

Netmarble's Tower of God, inspired by the popular webtoon series, is gearing up for an exciting update that introduces two new characters and a novel grading system. This update also brings the Pioneer's Remnant System, a feature designed for dedicated players who have mastered the challenges within the tower.

The first character to join the roster is Xia Xia, an SSR+ Elite Spy with the Red Element, and tagged as a Support and Light Bearer. Xia Xia excels in providing powerful AoE support alongside HP recovery, making her an invaluable asset to any team. The second character is Zahard, an Adventurer with the Green Element, and tagged as a Warrior and Fisherman. Zahard marks the debut of the new XSR+ grade in Tower of God: New World.

The newly introduced XSR+ grade is designed to differentiate characters that are either an IF (imaginary) version of an SSR+ character or feature an alternate appearance. While these characters may share animations and skills with their SSR+ counterparts, their unique Revolution skills set them apart, enhancing their appeal and strategic value.

Alongside these new characters, the update introduces the Pioneer's Remnant System. By clearing Hard Mode, players can earn the titular resource, which can be exchanged for growth materials and other rewards. This system is particularly beneficial for players who have already conquered the game's most challenging stages.
