TMNT Joins Call of Duty: Exciting Crossover Awaits!

Activision has thrilled fans with the announcement of a new crossover event between the popular online shooters *Call of Duty: Black Ops 6* and *Call of Duty: Warzone*, featuring the beloved heroes from the *Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles* series. This marks yet another exciting collaboration, as the four charismatic turtles have previously made appearances in Activision's titles.

While the developers have remained tight-lipped about the specifics and the launch date, promising only that it will happen "soon," the community at CODWarfareForum has been buzzing with unconfirmed leaks. Speculation is rife that players will be able to don skins featuring all four protagonists: Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael. However, fans are disappointed by the absence of other iconic characters like April O'Neil, Master Splinter, and the villainous Shredder in these leaks.

The crossover is rumored to introduce new weapons tailored for close combat or finishers, including a skateboard, katana, nunchucks, and a staff, perfectly embodying the TMNT theme. The main events are expected to unfold on the Grind map, which is fittingly designed as a skatepark.

Despite the excitement around the collaboration, the fanbase has expressed mixed feelings. The discontent stems not from the TMNT franchise itself, which remains popular and beloved, but rather from the ongoing issues plaguing *Black Ops 6*. The game is currently struggling with numerous bugs and a rampant cheating problem, leading to a significant decline in its online player base. Many feel that introducing a crossover during such turbulent times might not be the best move, and there's uncertainty about when (or if) these issues will be resolved.
