World of Tanks Blitz is undergoing a significant transformation! This isn't a temporary cosmetic update or collaboration; the entire game is being rebuilt using Unreal Engine 5.

The "Reforged" update promises a stunning visual overhaul. The first Ultra test begins January 24th, showcasing revamped commanders, maps, and graphics that will make the five-year-old game look brand new. Multiple test periods are planned in the coming weeks.

Beyond the visuals, Reforged includes updated physics and other technical improvements, bringing the mobile version closer to its PC counterpart. Sign up for early access on the official website!

Performance Considerations:

The UE5 upgrade presents a double-edged sword. While graphical fidelity improves significantly, lower-end devices might experience performance issues. However, given the game's cross-platform nature, developers likely optimized for a wide range of hardware. Whether the visual enhancements outweigh any performance trade-offs remains to be seen.
