Build your railroad empire across Switzerland and its neighboring nations. The expansion includes two new characters and four new tokens, offering a fresh holiday gift for Ticket to Ride enthusiasts. Developer Marmalade aimed to provide a festive update with new mechanics and locations, challenging both seasoned players and newcomers alike.

Country-to-country tickets demand connections between specific nations, offering multiple route choices with varying point values. For example, you might connect France to Germany, Italy, or Austria, each yielding a different reward. City-to-country tickets function similarly, but require linking a city to a country.

Strategic planning is crucial, as each country features a limited number of connection points. Successful route completion earns points based on the highest-scoring connection for each ticket; failure results in point deductions based on the lowest value.
