Old School RuneScape Launches the Royal Titans with a Dual Boss Encounter

Old School RuneScape's Royal Titans Update: A Fiery Ice War!

The latest Old School RuneScape update, Royal Titans, plunges players into a thrilling conflict between fire and ice giants. Lead by Brandr, the Fire Queen, and Eldric, the King of Frost, respectively, these colossal forces clash in an epic PvM encounter. Were you anticipating this dual boss battle? Read on for the details.

Enter the Realm of the Royal Titans

Ambitious fire giants, seeking expansion, invade the Asgarnian Ice Cave, home to the ice giants. This intrusion prompts Eldric to intervene, leading to a legendary showdown between the titans of fire and ice. Players face Brandr and Eldric simultaneously in a challenging dual boss fight.

Strategic adaptability is key; switching gear to exploit elemental weaknesses is crucial for success. This battle can be tackled solo or cooperatively with a friend.

Victory rewards players with the powerful Twinflame Staff and the Giantsoul Amulet, an untradeable teleport to Obor, Bryophyta, and the Royal Titans themselves.

Rewards and More

The Royal Titans battle offers a wealth of rewards, including valuable Prayer Scrolls, Desiccated Pages, and a coveted Fire & Ice giant pet. A new Slayer Alternative Task adds another dimension, allowing players to gain XP by battling fire and ice giants while also tackling the bosses.

Coinciding with the update is Old School RuneScape's 12th birthday celebration on February 19th, featuring a special livestream, in-game festivities, and new cosmetic rewards.

The arrival of the Royal Titans marks the beginning of what promises to be a significant year for Old School RuneScape in 2025. Download the game from the Google Play Store and join the battle!
