Author:Kristen Update:Mar 05,2025

Sony's PlayStation State of Play is set for tomorrow, February 12th, at 2 PM Pacific Time (5 PM Eastern, 10 PM UK). This 40+ minute broadcast, available in English and Japanese on PlayStation's YouTube and Twitch channels, promises a diverse lineup of games from global studios.

While specifics remain under wraps, anticipation is high for updates on several highly anticipated titles. The PlayStation Blog hints at "a creative and unique selection of exciting games," fueling speculation about potential reveals. Many hope for extended gameplay of Sucker Punch's Ghost of Tsushima, alongside a release date for Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. Given last week's PlayStation Store leak, an official Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater release date trailer is also a strong possibility.

While reveals for Insomniac's Wolverine or Naughty Dog's Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet might be premature, other promising titles are expected to feature. This includes Phantom: Blade Zero, an action RPG from S-Game, and updates on Bungie's Marathon and Haven's Fairgames, both multiplayer shooters generating considerable buzz following Sony's Concord acquisition.

March also marks the 10th anniversary of Bloodborne, adding to the potential for exciting announcements. Speculation even includes the possibility of a Halo title arriving on PlayStation consoles.

The stream promises new game reveals and surprises. What are you most excited to see? Share your predictions in the comments!
