Elden Ring Nightreign Network Test: A PS5 and Xbox Series X/S Exclusive

Those selected will receive confirmation emails by February 2025, the planned test period. Specific dates will be announced soon. Importantly, this test is limited to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, excluding PS4, Xbox One, and PC—representing less than half of the game's target platforms. Cross-platform multiplayer is not supported, limiting gameplay to players on the same console.

While unconfirmed, progress during the network test likely won't transfer to the full game. Further betas are possible, though unannounced.

Beyond the lack of cross-platform play, Elden Ring Nightreign will only support solo or three-player parties; two-player parties are not supported. Whether the network test will impose additional gameplay restrictions remains unclear.
