Pikmin Bloom Earth Day Event Brings a Party Walk That Counts Flowers Instead of Steps

Today marks a special occasion—it's Earth Day, and Pikmin Bloom is joining the celebration with an innovative twist on their Party Walk event. This time around, it's not about taking extra steps; instead, it's all about planting extra flowers. If you're a fan of Niantic's augmented reality, location-based game, you won't want to miss out on this engaging new event.

When Is the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk?

The special Earth Day-themed Official Party Walk in Pikmin Bloom is scheduled from April 22nd to April 30th. Instead of the usual step tracking, you'll now be keeping tabs on how many flowers you plant. Each bloom you contribute adds to the global total, making every flower count.

This event perfectly aligns with the spirit of Earth Day, encouraging more greenery and purposeful action. Pikmin Bloom is rewarding your efforts in a fun and meaningful way. Depending on the collective number of flowers planted during the event, players can unlock unique weather-themed Decor Pikmin through Huge Seedlings.

Here’s what you can achieve: if the total reaches 500 million flowers, everyone participating in the event will receive a Huge Seedling that grows into a Leaf Hat Decor Pikmin. If the community pushes the total to 1 billion flowers, you'll unlock a Snow Decor Pikmin.

And if players go all out and hit 1.5 billion flowers, there's a Huge Seedling for a Present Sticker (Gold) Decor Pikmin, specifically for White Pikmin.

But Keep This in Mind

Remember, your flowers won't contribute to the total unless you officially join the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk. Ensure you've updated to app version 117 and signed up correctly. If you haven't yet, you can download the game from the Google Play Store.

To make your flower planting journey a bit smoother, everyone participating will receive a promo code. All types of flowers count towards the goal, so there's no need to worry about planting specific kinds. Just get out there and start blooming!
