Monopoly Go set to partner up with popular book series Harry Potter

Monopoly Go’s next collaboration is just around the corner, bringing a spellbinding new experience to the board.
The enchanting world of Harry Potter, inspired by the beloved film series, is now coming to Monopoly Go.
Explore legendary landmarks across the board, dive into thrilling minigames, and collect exclusive treasures.

Given how wildly popular this adaptation of the classic board game has become, it’s no surprise that Scopely’s Monopoly Go has embraced bold collaborations. This latest one launches on December 10th, introducing the magical universe of Harry Potter and its rich world of wizards, spells, and hidden wonders.

Harry Potter is best known for the film series featuring Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint as Harry, Hermione Granger, and Ronald Weasley. In Monopoly Go, you’ll now wander through iconic scenes from the movies—like Gringotts Wizarding Bank and the Forbidden Forest.

The standout feature? Seasonal Maps, which will transform with themed visuals tied to key locations from the series. You’ll also customize your personal house using the new House Crest Shields and challenge yourself in the fresh Blocks Boutiques minigame.

Up, up and away

While the collaboration brings familiar fan-favorite elements from the films, the real excitement lies in the new gameplay mechanics. Seasonal Maps, in particular, promise ongoing variety as rotating locations keep each collab feeling fresh.

If you’re eager to dive into this partnership, there’s even more to discover: a brand-new sticker album, rare treasures to hunt down, and Quidditch-inspired minigames. With the event running through February 4th, you’ll have more than enough time to fully immerse yourself in all the new content.

Staying ahead of the game is no easy feat with so many exciting releases and updates rolling out. But don’t fret—we’ve got you covered with our feature of the same name, spotlighting early access highlights. This week, Catherine explores Girls’ Frontline: Fire Control to see how it stacks up.
