Modders have restored content cut from Bloodborne and made it work on PC

The Bloodborne Magnum Opus mod, now available for PC, breathes new life into the game by restoring all cut content, including multiple simultaneous boss encounters. While some texture and animation issues persist, enemy functionality remains intact.

Magnum Opus significantly alters the original Bloodborne experience. Expect reinstated weapons and armor sets, along with enemy relocation. The accompanying video showcases several of these new boss encounters.

While an official PC port was nearly a reality last August—hints from Hidetaka Miyazaki himself fueled speculation—no formal announcement has been made. This leaves players relying on emulators and community workarounds.

The emergence of the PS4 emulator has been a game-changer. Modders quickly gained access to the character editor, though full gameplay remained elusive until now. Online videos demonstrate Bloodborne running on PC, though imperfections are evident.
