Marvel Rivals Reveals New Stats and Most Picked Heroes

Marvel Rivals: Season 1 Approaches with New Hero Data and Balance Changes

NetEase has released the first month's hero statistics for Marvel Rivals, highlighting top picks and win rates before the launch of Season 1. The data reveals player preferences and performance across Quickplay and Competitive modes on both PC and console.

Jeff the Land Shark reigns supreme as the most popular Quickplay hero, favored by players on both PC and console. However, Mantis boasts the highest win rate overall, exceeding 50% in both Quickplay (56%) and Competitive (55%). Other high-performing heroes include Loki, Hela, and Adam Warlock.

The competitive scene shows a different picture: Cloak & Dagger dominate on console, while Luna Snow is the top pick for PC players.

Marvel Rivals' Most Popular Heroes:

  • Quickplay (PC & Console): Jeff the Land Shark
  • Competitive (Console): Cloak & Dagger
  • Competitive (PC): Luna Snow

Conversely, Storm struggles with extremely low pick rates (1.66% in Quickplay, 0.69% in Competitive), largely due to player feedback regarding her damage and gameplay. However, hope is on the horizon for Storm fans: Season 1 will introduce significant buffs to her abilities, potentially altering her position in the meta.

Season 1 of Marvel Rivals, launching January 10th, will introduce the Fantastic Four (Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman initially, with The Human Torch and The Thing following later). These additions, coupled with the balance changes, are expected to significantly impact the hero statistics. The upcoming season promises exciting changes to the game's competitive landscape.
