NetEase Games' Marvel Rivals Season 1: Eternal Night Falls (January 10 - April 11, 2025) delivers a surprise for players: free Peni Parker and Scarlet Witch skins! Dracula's attack on New York City, following a Doctor Strange mishap, sets the stage for the Fantastic Four to take center stage.

This season introduces Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman to the roster, with Human Torch and The Thing joining the fight in a mid-season update (rumored roles: Human Torch as a Duelist, The Thing as a Vanguard).

Players can earn free cosmetics, including the Peni Parker's Blue Tarantula skin (page 3 of the battle pass) and Scarlet Witch's Emporium Matron skin (page 9), by completing in-game quests and earning Chrono Tokens. While a full battle pass costs 990 Lattice (approximately $10), free rewards are plentiful. Note that while Scarlet Witch's emote is free, her MVP animation requires the luxury pass. A separate Midnight Features event also offers a free Thor skin.
