Like many farming simulator games, *Fields of Mistria* includes an engaging fishing mini-game. The rarest fish you can catch in the game are Legendary Fish, and this guide will walk you through how to catch them all, along with their uses within the game.

Fields of Mistria Legendary Fish Locations

In *Fields of Mistria*, there are four Legendary Fish that you can catch. These fish are extremely rare, but the game helpfully notifies you at the start of the day when a Legendary Fish is nearby. When you receive the "A legendary fish is nearby" message, you can dedicate your day to fishing for these elusive creatures.

To unlock the ability to catch these Legendary Fish, you must first unlock the Legendary skill in the Fishing Skill tree. This skill is found in Tier 3 and requires 80 Essences to unlock. Once unlocked, Legendary Fish will begin to spawn. It's unlikely that new players will catch all four within the first year, but aim to unlock this skill before the second year starts.

Spring – Cherry Fish

The first Legendary Fish you can catch is the Cherry Fish, which appears only during Spring. This fish can be found in ponds, with the best spot being the large pond on the eastern side of the city. Keep an eye on the weather, as the Cherry Fish only spawns on Windy days. It's a small fish, so you'll want to ignore larger shadows in the water. If you're having trouble, try the smaller pond near the Manor House in Mistria Town.

Summer – Lightning Fish

The Lightning Fish is the second Legendary Fish in *Fields of Mistria*, available only in Summer. Look for it during stormy weather, as it's most likely to appear then. You can find this fish in the rivers at the Narrows on the west side of the city. There are two river stretches here, but don't hesitate to check other rivers in the city or on your farm. The Lightning Fish is medium-sized, so focus on medium shadows.

Fall – Leaf Fish

The Leaf Fish, the third Legendary Fish, is catchable only in Fall. Like the Lightning Fish, it's found in rivers, and the best spots are along the Eastern Road. It appears on Windy days, similar to the Cherry Fish. Being small, you'll need to look for smaller shadows in the water.

Winter – Snow Fish

The final Legendary Fish, the Snow Fish, is available only in Winter during Snowy days. Head to the beach to catch it. Consider swimming to the small island on the west side for a better chance. Be cautious around other fish, as they may swim away if you get too close. The Snow Fish, like the Lightning Fish, is medium-sized, making it easier to spot.

How To Use Legendary Fish in Fields of Mistria

Once you've caught a Legendary Fish, you should donate it to the Museum. To receive the full set of rewards, you need to catch all four Legendary Fish. Your reward for completing the collection is a set of Fish Wings. Depending on your progress in the Museum collection, you can also receive furniture, a recipe, and possibly a treasure chest with additional rewards.
