Currently, a Lapras EX event is live in Pokémon TCG Pocket. Engage in event battles against AI opponents using Lapras-themed Water decks to earn Promo Packs. These packs are your sole source for Lapras EX.

Each Promo Pack contains a single card, with equal chances of receiving: Mankey, Pikachu, Clefairy, Butterfree, or Lapras EX.
