Koei Tecmo is bringing a fresh take on the Three Kingdoms saga to mobile with Three Kingdoms Heroes, a chess and shogi-inspired battler launching January 25th. This new entry retains the series' signature art style and epic storytelling, making it an inviting entry point for newcomers and a welcome addition for longtime fans. However, the real star of Three Kingdoms Heroes might be its GARYU AI system. Developed by HEROZ, the creators of the world-champion shogi AI, dlshogi, GARYU promises a challenging and adaptive opponent unlike any seen before.
