The Haunted Mirror stands out as one of the most advantageous Cursed Objects in Phasmophobia. Its benefits significantly outweigh the inherent risks, making it a highly recommended item to utilize if encountered during an investigation. Its function remains consistent across game updates.

The Mirror's primary function is to reveal the ghost's current favored room or area. It provides a panoramic view of this location, drastically accelerating the ghost's identification and allowing for strategic equipment placement before the investigation intensifies.

Its location is predetermined for each map, typically found hanging on a wall or resting on the floor. The randomness lies in which Cursed Object spawns, not its placement.

To use the mirror, simply pick it up and interact with it using the designated button (mouse or controller). The reflection will display the ghost's preferred room. However, on Professional difficulty and above, remember that the ghost's location may shift after a period of time.

Caution is advised! Prolonged observation depletes sanity. Holding the mirror for its entire duration results in shattering and triggers a Cursed Hunt at your location. Use it strategically when sanity levels are high and you understand the reflection's implications.
