While no official announcements have been made regarding Evil Genius 3, Kingsley is actively considering how to elevate the series to new heights. The concept of world domination, central to the franchise, is being explored beyond the traditional base-building simulator genre, with the team brainstorming innovative strategic formats for future projects.

Evil Genius 2, which hit the market in 2021, garnered "mostly positive" reviews from critics on Metacritic. However, the reception among regular players was less enthusiastic.
