Fallout Season 2 Teaser Reveals New Vegas

Author:Kristen Update:Jul 07,2026

A brief glimpse of Fallout Season 2 has surfaced online, offering a fresh look at New Vegas.

The snippet, which aired during the Amazon Upfront livestream, was captured and shared on Reddit. It shows Lucy (Ella Purnell) and The Ghoul (Walton Goggins) 50 miles from the ruins of Las Vegas. The distinct sound of a Geiger counter signals radioactive activity in the atmosphere. After exchanging a glance, The Ghoul and Lucy proceed toward New Vegas, giving viewers a clear shot of the post-apocalyptic city's skyline.

New Vegas, as fans know, served as the backdrop for Obsidian's Fallout: New Vegas game and will be the primary setting for Season 2 of the Fallout TV adaptation.

So, what does this teaser reveal about the series' version of New Vegas? It provides a more detailed view compared to the quick glimpse at the end of Season 1, which is to be expected. The city will feel familiar to players of the game, though it seems more densely built-up here (the video game depiction was relatively sparse).

The most prominent landmark is the Lucky 38 Resort and Casino, located on the New Vegas Strip. In the game, the Lucky 38 is the pre-War casino from which Mr. House governs the city. Dedicated fans also think they can identify the Ultra-Luxe, although it's difficult to pinpoint specific in-game locations from this footage.
