Ryu Ga Gotoku (RGG) Studio is inviting fans to participate in a special merchandise voting project to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Like a Dragon (LAD) series, culminating in December 2025.

Like A Dragon Kicks Off 20th Anniversary Merchandise Special Voting Project

From February 8th to March 21st, 2025, fans can vote daily for their preferred LAD in-game item to be transformed into real-world merchandise. A selection of 100 items is available, ranging from lingerie and incense to mahjong tiles, karaoke microphones, and even Kiryu's iconic dragon mask. The winning item will be produced and released within two years. Following the voting period, a survey will determine the final design.

Potential for More Yakuza Remakes?

RGG Studio hinted at potential remakes during their 19th-anniversary announcement, echoing their 10th-anniversary celebrations which resulted in the release of Yakuza 0 and Yakuza Kiwami. While details remain scarce, fans anticipate further exciting announcements leading up to the milestone.

Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii – PC Requirements and Release Date

RGG Studio revealed the PC specifications for Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, launching February 20th, 2025. The recommended graphics card is an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 or equivalent, making it accessible to most gaming PCs. The game is also confirmed to be playable on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam Deck. A story trailer showcasing Majima's high-seas adventure, narrated by Samoa Joe as Pirate King Raymond Law, is available on YouTube.
