Disney Dreamlight Valley: Complete Aladdin Quest Guide and Rewards

Aladdin’s Friendship Quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Aladdin's first request is simple: a photo with his Magic Carpet. Equip the Carpet as a companion, snap a selfie, and complete the "Carpet Diem" quest, starting in Agrabah.

Good As Gold (Level 2 Friendship)

Level up Aladdin with his favorite gifts to unlock "Good As Gold." Aladdin needs your help casing Scrooge McDuck's shop to test his new security system. First, chat with Scrooge, then take photos: one of the vault door, and two showcasing the staircases—aim for wide shots to cover all bases. Brief Aladdin on your findings. He'll suggest dark, sporty attire (optional, but enhances the fun!).

Inside the shop, press the big red button to activate Scrooge's system. It's a puzzle: manipulate the light pools using the buttons to navigate, avoiding detection. The goal is to reach the button you initially pressed without tripping the alarm. It might take a few tries. A suggested sequence: center button, back right wall buttons (to switch off two upper lights), button above right staircase (move spotlight), button above left staircase (switch off remaining upper light), center button again (switch off lower right light). Downstairs, use the right counter button (move spotlight), then the left display counter button (switch off light). Press the left counter button again, then talk to Aladdin.

Coins will appear; collect all four using your glide ability. More coins escape into Dreamlight Valley—collect nine more, then return to Aladdin's house and give him the coins. Finally, take a photo with Aladdin and his newfound treasure, then talk to both him and Scrooge. One last chat with Aladdin completes the quest.

Bring Your Own Carpet (Level 4 Friendship)

Aladdin wants a Dreamlight Magic Carpet. Merlin directs you to the Dreamlight Library for three books (Fabric Enchantment, Carpet Weaving, Flying Technique). Give these to Aladdin, then get crafting supplies from Minnie: 4 Dream Shards, 4 Blue Hydrangeas (Dazzle Beach), 4 Purple Bell Flowers (Forest of Valor), 25 Fiber (Kristoff's Stall or crafting). Give these to Aladdin. Once the carpet is ready, interact with it to make it fly. Aladdin arranges a Valley tour. Equip the Dreamlight Magic Carpet (it's a glider skin—you'll need full energy). The tour route: Plaza banner, left to Forest of Valor, right down to Dazzle Beach, right up to Peaceful Meadow, left down to Dazzle Beach, left across the bridge, right to the pier's end. Complete the tour by talking to Aladdin. Note: The carpet functions like other gliders; you can't fly over obstacles.

All That Glitters (Level 7 Friendship)

Aladdin's making a bouquet for Jasmine. Gather 4 yellow and 6 purple flowers. His attempt falls short; Jasmine loves adventure. Aladdin has a scroll from Scrooge: “To begin at the mermaid’s isle.” Go to Ariel's island. Find the Golden Sun Piece, insert it into the tall rock. Talk to Aladdin about the broken pillar image. Dig up a box, fish up a pillar piece, open a barrel. Place the pieces in the Pillar. Nothing happens. Talk to Aladdin; he suggests asking others for help. Take a photo of the pillar.

Talk to Maui, Ariel, and Rapunzel—no luck. Return to Ariel's island; Jasmine's there! She deciphers the Golden Sun Piece clue: “From the tiniest seed, water creates blooms as tall as golden towers.” Arrange the pillar pieces (water, seed, flower). Collect the treasure, give it to Aladdin. He shows it to Jasmine; their heartfelt moment completes the quest, rewarding you with a golden tea set.

Friendship level-ups reward you with various items. Daily chats, maxing daily gifts, and bringing Aladdin on tasks boost friendship. Serving him meals (especially 4- or 5-star dishes) in restaurants significantly increases your bond.
