A simple and efficient way to replenish your energy is by consuming meals, and the Lightning Bolt stands out as one of the best.

While the Lightning Bolt recipe isn't the easiest to complete due to its somewhat rare ingredients, this guide provides a straightforward path to crafting it.

Lightning Bolt Recipe in Disney Dreamlight Valley

To craft the Lightning Bolt, you'll need:

• One Stygian Mudskipper
• One Lamprey
• Two Lightning Spice
• One Sweet Ingredient

Acquiring the Stygian Mudskipper

The Stygian Mudskipper is found exclusively in the Mythopia biome within Storybook Vale. Unlocking Mythopia requires 2,000 Story Magic. Once unlocked, look for the telltale golden ripples in the water. Remember, it's a rare fish, so be patient!

Acquiring the Lamprey

To catch a Lamprey, head to the Everafter biome. Unlocking Everafter also requires 2,000 Story Magic (this time, given to Merida). Look for golden ripples in the water; like the Mudskipper, the Lamprey is a rare spawn.

Obtaining Lightning Spice

Lightning Spice is also found in Mythopia. After catching your Stygian Mudskipper, keep an eye out for this ingredient scattered on the ground. Each harvest yields one spice, and you'll need two for the recipe.

Choosing Your Sweet Ingredient

For the final ingredient, select one of the following sweets:

• Agave
• Pink Marshmallow
• Blue Marshmallow
• Vanilla
• Sugarcane
• Cocoa Bean

Once you've gathered all five ingredients and a piece of coal (easily mined in most biomes), head to a cooking station and combine them to create your Lightning Bolt.

The Lightning Bolt can be sold for 5,038 Star Coins at Goofy's Stall, or consumed to restore a substantial 5,000 energy.
