Unlocking All the Adorable Minions in FFXIV Dawntrail: A Comprehensive Guide

For Final Fantasy XIV players enamored with the charming world of minions, the Dawntrail expansion offers a delightful array of new companions. This guide details how to acquire every minion currently available (as of Patch 7.16). Note that future patches will add more, so this list will be updated accordingly.

Currently, 33 new minions have been introduced. Their acquisition methods vary, ranging from Market Board purchases to quest completions, dungeon drops, raid rewards, and limited-time events.

Beyond collecting, minions are a valuable commodity, often fetching significant Gil on the Market Board. They also play a crucial role in the Gold Saucer’s Lord of Verminion game. Remember to "Use" newly acquired minions to add them to your collection. Duplicates can be sold or traded.
