Bullseye's ability shines when played before turn 6. Activating him discards all 0- and 1-cost cards from your hand (including those discounted by effects like Swarm). However, remember he's ineffective on the final turn.

Bullseye's optimal use appears to be within existing discard archetypes rather than as the centerpiece of a new strategy. A straightforward approach integrates him into a standard discard deck:
