Battlecruisers Marks 4th Anniversary with Trans Edition Update

Battlecruisers is marking its fourth anniversary with a monumental update, the 'Trans Edition,' introduced by the developers at Mecha Weka. This latest update is set to enrich the gaming experience with a plethora of new single-player and multiplayer content.

What’s in Store in Battlecruisers 6.4 Trans Edition?

The 'Trans Edition' introduces three new Cruisers: Goatherd, Pistol, and Megalith, expanding the fleet available to players. Additionally, two new Buildings, Cannon and Sledgehammer, along with two new Units, SpyPlane and MissileFighter, are now available, adding strategic depth to the game.

Current Cruiser owners can now enhance their ships with new customization options through three Bodykits: Longbow Fringe, Rickshaw Scathis, and Yeti Corpse Piler, allowing for a more personalized gaming experience.

Players can now select Man o’ War, Huntress Prime, and Fortress Prime in Skirmishes, and PvP matches have been improved with a new countdown start and aircraft trails that match player colors, enhancing both aesthetics and gameplay.

The update also brings significant balancing changes. For instance, the Raptor’s shield build and recharge rate have been boosted from 3x to 5x, and the Hammerhead’s health has been increased from 4000 to 4200. On the other hand, the ShipTurret’s damage has been enhanced from 40 to 60, though its range has been reduced from 19 to 16, ensuring a more dynamic gameplay balance.

Visually, Battlecruisers 6.4 introduces underwater transparency, allowing players to view the wreckage of fallen enemies with pride. The sea's shading has been improved, and the visual effects for Cruiser and Ship deaths are more striking than ever.

Since its debut in 2021, Battlecruisers has consistently delivered major updates annually. The 2025 Trans Edition further enriches the game with additional SideQuests and introduces a mysterious Battlefortress hidden in the South Pacific.

Set in a Flooded Earth in the year 2732, the game features a world where robots are the sole builders and participants in a wage war. Players take command of their Battlecruisers, equipping them with turrets, nuke launchers, and ultraweapons to tackle a diverse array of enemies.
