Upgrade water purifiers, expand your raft, connect floating structures, establish automated resource chains, venture into the ocean depths, and uncover relics of a forgotten world. Only by mastering these challenges can you build a thriving, secure haven in a world where the ocean dominates the planet.

\- Mysterious Crystals from Meteor Showers

The meteor showers that ended the old world also brought extraterrestrial crystals, offering limitless potential for the new era. These crystals sparked breakthroughs in desalination, compact energy systems, and protective shield tech. They became the foundation of the new age, enabling humanity not just to endure but to prosper across a planet blanketed by sea.

\- Freshwater: Your Vital Resource

On the ocean, freshwater is both essential for life and a constant challenge. Your primary source is the desalination unit at your base. Using crystal-enhanced technology, you can convert seawater into drinkable water. However, constructing new buildings, upgrading facilities, supporting a growing population, and training soldiers all increase demand. Unpredictable crises like heat waves further strain your freshwater reserves.

\- Expand Your Raft

Your journey begins on a tiny, isolated raft. Gather logs and craft planks to gradually widen your floating base. As you expand, you may discover other rafts adrift, each with unique structures that add new capabilities. Encounter cabins housing animals that assist with logging and fishing, processing plants for cutting planks and cooking meals, or a tavern to recruit seasoned explorers. Through steady growth, your raft will evolve into a fully-equipped, functional home.

The great flood affected all life, including many small animals. During your expansion, you may find these creatures seeking refuge. Offer them shelter, and they will lend their skills.
