While the game is predominantly free to play, you can elevate your experience to "infinite" levels with an upgrade. Begin by crafting your own character and customizing every aspect of the world around you. You can even set the initial number of zombies to jump straight into intense action or opt for a gradual build-up. Unlocking the special "Deathmatch" mode grants you the thrill of zombie-slaying without any of the survival pressure!

HOW TO PLAY:

If you're a veteran of previous games, you'll need to adapt to the new control system, which differentiates actions between your left and right hands:

The RED fist buttons enable you to ATTACK from either side.
The BLUE hand buttons let you PICK-UP or DROP items with either hand (hold a direction to THROW).
Pressing BOTH buttons on one SIDE will attempt to USE the item in that hand - think eating food or reading books (note that some actions might require you to switch hands).
Pressing BOTH pick-up buttons simultaneously will COMBINE the items you're holding or those nearby on the ground. Both hands can also lift larger furniture if they're empty and there's no smaller item closer.
Pressing BOTH attack buttons at once will initiate a GRAB on your opponent (press again to release, or use other button combinations to perform moves).
DOUBLE-TAP any direction to RUN.
Touch the HEALTH METER to SLEEP when your energy dips low.
Touch the CLOCK to PAUSE, allowing you to exit or explore other options.
