Uttar Pradesh has launched an innovative initiative to enhance public health service management through the eKavach app, a Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) tool developed by the National Health Mission (NHM). This app is specifically designed for frontline health workers such as ASHA workers, ANM, ASHA Sangini, and Community Health Officers (CHOs). Built on Argusoft's Open Source and DPG Certified platform, MEDPlat, eKavach streamlines the workflow and referral processes for a range of health services including Family Folder, Reproductive, Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health (RMCH+), Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), Nutrition, and more.
