Dream Pet Link is a delightful and engaging puzzle game designed for players of all ages, featuring a charming array of animals like lions, penguins, and sheep. The objective is simple yet challenging: clear the board by matching and connecting identical animal tiles.
To play, scan the board for matching animal pairs. You can link them if there are no other tiles blocking the path between them. Note that diagonal connections are not allowed. The key is to form a path with up to two right-angled turns, ensuring the line doesn't cut across any other tiles. The exception is when tiles are adjacent; in this case, they can be directly matched without a connecting line.
This game, often referred to as mahjong connect, shisen-sho, or nikakudori, tests your strategic thinking as you work to remove all tiles from the board before time runs out. A rainbow bar at the top of the screen serves as your timer, gradually depleting. Successfully matching pairs grants you additional time, helping you beat the clock and progress through the levels.
