City Football Manager: Your Journey to Becoming a Champion!

City Football Manager (CFM) is an exciting multiplayer football management game currently in active development, with new features, improvements, and designs being added each month. In CFM, you take on the role of a manager for your city's football team, competing against other teams managed by real players or bots in the case of unmanaged teams.

How the Game Works:

Matches are automatically simulated on a server according to a set schedule. The game's engine meticulously calculates outcomes based on your team's strategy and the individual skills of your players, considering up to 40 different attributes.

Countries and Divisions:

Currently, CFM includes 32 countries, ranging from England to the USA. Each country's championship is structured into four divisions. At the end of each season, promotion and relegation occur: the top three teams from Divisions 2, 3, and 4 move up, while the bottom three teams from Divisions 1, 2, and 3 move down.

Tournaments:

In addition to the league, each country hosts a national cup tournament, played on a knockout basis with all teams participating. The top teams from each country also compete in two international tournaments:

• Cup of Cups: For the finalists of the national cups.
• Cup of Champions: The most prestigious tournament, reserved for the top two teams from the highest division in each country.

Team Management:

As a manager, you start with 19 players, with 11 selected to play by default. You have the flexibility to adjust player positions and lineups. Success on the pitch attracts more fans, increasing ticket sales and allowing for stadium improvements, which in turn boosts your team's income.

Player Transfers and Development:

You can engage in the transfer market to buy and sell players, coaches, scouts, and physios. If you're focused on nurturing young talent, you can build and upgrade an academy that produces two promising young players at the end of each season.

Training and Fitness:

Facilities like fitness centers, training grounds, and a theory center enhance player workouts, while a physio center aids in quicker recovery. In the training section, you can assign players to sessions, with higher-level coaches accelerating skill development. However, be mindful of over-training to prevent player exhaustion and injuries.

• Rankings and awards for Manager of the Week/Month/Year have been introduced.
• A new international tournament, the Cup of Contenders, has been added.
• Notifications for friendly matches are now available.
• Players will now improve skills during matches based on the set tempo.
• Various issues have been fixed, and optimizations have been made in design, friendly matches, and translations.
