Application Description:

The companion app required to play Chimparty on the PlayStation®4 system enhances the gaming experience by turning your smartphone or tablet into a controller. As of December 14, 2023, there's an important update regarding the availability of companion apps for PlayLink games, including Chimparty, on different platforms.

For Android Users: If you have already downloaded the Chimparty companion app to your current device or if it's in your library, you can continue playing the game with it. However, note that the app is no longer available for download on the Google Play Store for devices running Android OS versions newer than Android 9.

For Apple iOS Users: You can continue to play Chimparty with the companion app, regardless of your iOS version.

Gameplay and Features: Chimparty lets you challenge up to three friends in 18 wacky party games spread across 90 levels. The game uses simple, one-button controls, making it accessible for everyone in the family. Players can launch, wobble, and bounce their chimps in various wild settings, such as haunted castles, alien planets, and pirate harbors. You can also collect and customize outfits and accessories for your chimp, and even use a selfie as your chimp's in-game icon.

To get started, ensure your PlayStation®4 system and your mobile device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your devices. The app supports multiple languages including English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and many more.
