In the Arab countries, particularly in the Levant region, Tarneeb Blackjack is a popular card game known as "rule" in the Arab Gulf states. The primary objective of Tarneeb Blackjack is to win consecutive rounds of Tarneeb. The game is played by four players, divided into two teams, with each team consisting of two players sitting opposite each other.

The game uses a standard 52-card deck, excluding Jokers. The gameplay begins with the player to the left of the dealer making the first move. Each round starts with the distribution of cards, beginning from the player to the right of the dealer.

The bidding process in Tarneeb Blackjack starts with a minimum bid of 7 and can go up to 13, also known as "Cabot" or "livers." Bidding proceeds clockwise, starting from the player to the right of the dealer, and the highest bidder gets to choose the Tarneeb suit.

If a team fails to meet their bid, they must subtract the difference from their score. For example, if a team bids for 10 points but only collects 9, they will lose a point, while the opposing team gains points for the tricks they won, which in this case would be 4 points if they collected 4 tricks. If the opposing team wins 5 tricks, any cheating will be revealed.

The game concludes when one of the teams reaches a predetermined score, typically either 61 or 31 points, depending on the agreement made before the game starts.

The card ranking in Tarneeb Blackjack is as follows: Ace (Cut), King (Sheikh), Queen (girl), Jack (born), followed by the numbers 10 down to 2 in descending order.
