How to play Çanak Okey.

Çanak Okey tiles come in four colors: Red, Black, Yellow, and Blue.

At the start, all tiles are shuffled and automatically dealt. The player next to the dealer receives 15 tiles, while the others get 14 each.

All players arrange their tiles using their cue stick, grouping them into sets or pairs.

In Çanak Okey, the remaining tiles after the deal are placed face down in the center of the table.

The tile revealed face-up in the middle becomes the indicator tile.

The tile that matches the color and number of the indicator is called the Okey tile.

In Çanak Okey, the Okey tile can substitute for any other tile.

If you finish a hand by discarding the Okey tile (throwing Okey), your points are doubled.

Standard tile formations in Çanak Okey:

A player organizes tiles into groups of at least three; there are two valid types of sets.

The first is a sequence of same-colored tiles in numerical order.

The second is a group of tiles with the same number in different colors.

Pairs formation in Çanak Okey:

A player arranges all tiles into pairs; having seven pairs allows you to discard the last tile to the center and win the hand.

Indicator rule in Çanak Okey:

At the start of a new round, the player whose turn it is must reveal if they hold the indicator tile; if it matches the Okey color, other players lose 2 points.

Finishing a hand in Çanak Okey:

If the final discarded tile isn't an Okey, it's a normal finish; if it matches the Okey color, other players lose 4 points; otherwise, they lose 2.

Finishing with seven pairs deducts 4 points from all other players.

A "color finish" occurs when all tiles are the same color and in sequence from 1 to 13. In this case, other players' scores drop to zero and the game ends.

If all tiles are the same color but not in sequence, other players lose 8 points.
